Εarly harvest Extra virgin olive oil with an exceptionally low acidity, produced from traditional olive groves of Skopelos, variety Amfissa and Koroneiki. Characterized by high-intensity fruity with intense freshness of green olives. Collected in mid-October and extracted within a few hours of harvest, under excellent cold pressing conditions. It is rich in polyphenols and other antioxidants, and tastes of moderate intensity bitter and spicy. It is recommended to be consumed raw with all your dishes.
